We are proud to present the second issue for 2021 of the Organizational Research and Human Resource Management Quarterly. The current issue is published in a challenging time as the Corona virus plague continues to accompany our lives and affects various realms of it, both personal and professional. Naturally, this issue also refers to the Corona virus plague, as well as presents articles from other content areas that represent unique perspectives on management processes in diverse areas. We are continuing our work and plan to publish the next issue in December this year. On this occasion, we call on researchers and professionals to continue to publish their work in this quarterly.
